"comment": "This ribbon was first observed overhead but over time the entire ribbon moved slowly toward the South. When I first started observing Castor & Pollux were overhead and the ribbon was extending thru Gemini. Bu the time I stopped observing the ribbon an hour later (due to frigid temps) it had not changed in structure but the entire east-west ribbon had moved southward into Leo. There was some movement in the ribbon but only along its edges. At first I thought it was a contrail but it did not dissipate nor change in width. It looked exactly like a soft white ribbon stretching from east to west well above the horizon"
