"comment": "When obervation started it appeared to be the recovery phase of a substorm. There were faint diffuse pulses pushing southward, similar to the faint green pulses that bump into a STEVE and stop there. There was no STEVE to be seen, so the pulses extended above me. \n The image here shows a big pulse pushing southward."
