"comment": "I couldn't identify a complete substorm process, but the aurora that appeared around 2 a.m. looked like pulsating aurora, from afar. The structures were stable for a good length of time, and there were colourful purple flaming pillars often."

"types_other": "There was diffuse glow on and above the horizon, and in photographs the lower part was such a pale green it looked closer to yellow (even after checking the white balance and tint), but it had the purple/pink glow above it that I typically see above the green. Interestingly, there was green airglow up above the purple, much dimmer and somewhat shapeless.",
