"comment": "Several quick substorms last night, recovery phases seemed to last a long time. Difficult to see the aurora while moon was up. Once it went down there was a beautiful huge diffuse band that lasted a long time before breakup. Recovery phases had lots of patchy aurora. I never saw a STEVE, but in this photo, there is a faint picket that looks like the one that accompanies STEVE. If it was there, It was between me and the main band, and I couldn't see it."
